Shipping is free for all orders over 100 $ and more in Canada!*

Shipping Policy:

Please allow one business day for processing your order depending on item availability and these are shipped from the Laurentians, Quebec within 2 business days from the order confirmation date .

Orders are shipped by Canada Post and are shipped across Canada*. Packages will ship within 3-5 business days in more central areas of Quebec. Please add 3-5 business days for deliveries to rural areas of Quebec as well as anywhere else in Canada. Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided by Canada Post.

For orders of $99.99 and under, the shipping rate is $16.99 for all packages delivered within Canada*. All shipping fees, including those paid for the return of an item, are non-refundable.

Adèle&Bô does not guarantee delivery times and accepts no responsibility for late packages. The customer is responsible for any fees or penalties that may result from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
